The Impact of Awareness

I used to struggle with discomfort and limitations, then I discovered a different way. For the past decade, I’ve soaked up every technique I can to enhance awareness and physical use to find freedom from frustrations and limitations. Those sudden changes that make everything easier are the a-ha! moments I live for!

Personalized, Supportive Approach

My main priority is honoring each student’s individuality. We’ll work together to utilize an approach that addresses your musical and personal goals in a way that feels right for you. This is a shame-free zone where we embrace imperfections, mistakes, and curiosity and prioritize our own joy.

“Her focus on relaxed posture, tension-free playing and emphasis on managing the airstream have helped me to immediately improve my tone quality and support, especially at the end of long phrases. She is excellent at communicating her thoughts, giving suggestions for how to visualize concepts and encouraging her students to experiment, reflect and improve.”

She is highly knowledgeable in her discipline and always willing to listen and answer questions. Flute playing for me has become so much more vibrant and fun through her teaching and I always look forward to my flute lessons with her. I highly recommend her Flute teaching studio.”
